Hi. I'm Harry. I'm a writer and cultural critic from London. I like books, wine, fashion, philosophy, psychology, tea, and cats. I tend to write on or around the theme of selfhood. There are, I suppose, two questions that animate my work: Who am I? and Who are we?

My journalism has appeared in The Times, The Guardian, The Spectator, The New Statesman, The TLS, The European Conservative, and many other newspapers and magazines. I have written short stories for titles like East of the Web, and my first collection of stories, Broken Bonds, is under consideration by publishers. So is a novel, a work of psychological fiction called Without Wax.

I have ghostwritten and edited books on themes as diverse as law, finance and wellbeing. Through Zola, my literary consultancy, I worked as a consultant to the author of the Sunday Times best-seller Breathe In, Breathe Out. I am the co-founder and creative director of Sonder, a communications agency with offices in London and Paris. I have degrees in French, Spanish and Psychology; I am a member of the British Psychological Society. I am currently taking a Master's degree in Philosophy. My research concerns the relationship between time and timelessness.

For writing-related enquiries, please contact my lovely agent, Morwenna Loughman. For anything else, email me directly.

Oh – and thanks for reading.
